Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from our team.
Cancellation by Guest
More than 15 days before arrival
- Eligible for up to 80% refund after deducting processing charges.
7–15 days before arrival
- Eligible for 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before arrival
- No refund.
No Show
Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.
Early Departure
No refund will be provided for unused services after check-in.
Cancellation Due to Weather
Desert activities depend on weather conditions.
If an activity is cancelled due to severe weather or government restrictions, we will:
- Reschedule the activity (subject to availability), or
- Offer an appropriate refund where applicable.
Cancellation by Royal Peepli Desert Camp
In rare circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel bookings.
Guests will receive either:
- Full refund, or
- Alternative accommodation (subject to availability).
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
